FAQs

How do you determine the cost of grooming?

Our grooming prices are a starting base meaning prices are not set and can vary/change depending on your pet's breed, coat type, coat condition, size, temperament, and any add-ons you choose.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask that you please give us 48 hour notice. If you cancel with less notice you will lose your deposit AND / OR be charged 50% of the service. If you book an appointment with us and do not show up, it will considered a NO-SHOW and you will be subject to full grooming cost.

48 hour notice is at least 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment.

EX: Appointment is scheduled for 5/4 at 3pm. You have until 5/2 no later than 3pm to reschedule or cancel without being charged a $30 fee.

My dog is matted but I don’t want him/her shaved. Could he/she be brushed out?

It all depends on how severely matted said dog is. If the groomer is able to dematt/brush out, that will be an additional fee as its takes time to work out matting.

Dematting/ brushing out can cause unnecessary discomfort and/or harm when there are alternatives such as shaving down a dog. A shaving down a matted dog constitutes an additional fee to be discussed with the groomer.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We do not take walk-ins, everything is done by appointment only.

I just got a puppy, how soon can I bring them in to be groomed?

As soon as they are done with their last round of booster shots, puppies can be groomed. They must have Rabies, Distemper & Bordetella vaccines up to date.

A puppys’ first groom is a very important moment in their life. We like to keep it simple, just a bath, blowout, face trim, paws and sanitary trim. We want them to have a good experience so they remember next time and are set on a good path to a long life of being groomed.

On the rare occasion that the puppy is a natural and allows themselves to be groomed will our groomer take length off the body on their first grooming session.
