TERMS OF POLICIES

Please note that by booking an appointment at Gimme Paw, you automatically have ACKNOWLEDGED and accepted these terms.

We require a card on file for all appointments. Please be ready with card information in order to book.

All dogs must be up to date with the following vaccines: RABIES, DISTEMPER AND BORDETELLA. You can send vaccines over email or text but they MUST be sent prior to booking.

Deposits (when asked) are 50% of grooming service and NON-REFUNDABLE.

A late fee applies after 10 minutes past your appointment time. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and considered a NO-SHOW.

NO-SHOWS are charged the full amount of the service booked to the card on file.

Any cancellations or rescheduling must be done with 48 hour notice prior to appointment date. Anything less than 48 hour notice will result in being charged 50% of the service to card on file.
