Cancellation/ Rescheduling

We believe that every paw-some moment counts, but life can throw a curveball faster than a pup chasing its tail! If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, just give us a heads-up at least 48 hours in advance. Anything less and we might have to fetch a 50% charge for the service—because, after all, even our scheduling system deserves a little pampering! So, let's keep it cute and classy so we can focus on wagging tails and happy trails!

No shows

At Gimme Paw, we pride ourselves on providing top-tier service tailored to your pet's specific needs, but a no-show or failure to call us is no fun. As much as we love our furry clientele, our resources and expertise come with a price tag. Therefore, any no-shows or last-minute cancellations will incur the full amount of the scheduled service charged to your file. Think of it as a commitment to pampered pets everywhere; after all, impeccable service deserves a bit of responsibility!

Deposits

We think pampering your dog is as important as a designer handbag, but a 50% upfront deposit is required for grooming services. This fee is nonrefundable. Once we start grooming, there’s no turning back. Your stylish pup will leave looking great, and investing a little upfront for a makeover is worth it. Glamour may not be cheap, but it’s worth every penny

Pick up

We strive to provide a luxury grooming experience for your dog in a serene, kennel-free environment. To ensure a smooth transition for your furry friend, we kindly ask that parents arrive promptly for pickup.

Our team will call/ text you 30 minutes prior to your dog's completion, allowing you ample time to head over and collect your pet. This attentive approach helps maintain the sophistication and quality of care we strive to deliver at our salon. We appreciate your cooperation in making this experience as delightful as possible for both you and your dog.

Anything past that pickup window Gimme Paw LLC reserves the right to charge a late pickup of $15-30.

Late appointment

We believe in pampering every pet and their human with the utmost care and sophistication, which is why we kindly remind you that late appointments will incur a fee of $10 for the first 10 minutes. After that, it’s a charming additional $1 for each minute up to 15 minutes—consider it a small price for our luxury service. However, if you find yourself more than 15 minutes late, we’ll have to cancel your appointment, as our time and furry friends' schedules are just as precious. So, let’s keep the tails wagging and the appointments on time—your pet's next fabulous experience awaits!

Aggressive dogs

Our groomers are as safe as they are skilled, because let’s face it, hands are our money makers, and we prefer them bite-free! We adore your furry friends, but aggressive pups? Not on our guest list. If a pup decides to audition for the role of “wild animal,” they’ll find themselves on the Only-Good-Vibes List and banned from our luxurious grooming paradise. We believe pampering shouldn’t come with a side of peril, so our groomers handle each grooming with gentle love (and perhaps a sprinkle of humor) to ensure a pawsitively delightful experience for everyone involved. After all, we’re here to pamper your pet, not wrestle with them!

Fleas/ Ticks

At our exclusive flea and tick-free salon, we pride ourselves on providing a luxurious and sophisticated grooming experience for your beloved pets. We take every measure to maintain our pristine environment, ensuring that your furry friends are pampered without unwanted hitchhikers.

While we understand that sometimes these little pests can go unnoticed, it’s essential to keep the salon a safe haven for all our clients. If we discover any pesky fleas during your pet’s grooming session, we’ll need to administer a bath with our premium flea shampoo for an additional fee. After all, we want every pup to leave feeling fabulous!

However, if your pet arrives with a noticeable infestation, we’ll have to send them back home to address the issue before returning for their salon day. We believe in keeping our space as dignified as it is delightful, ensuring that every dog enjoys a relaxing and flea-free environment.

With us, your pet is not just groomed; they are spoiled in style—no ticks allowed!

Matted dogs

Matted coats in dogs often occur when regular brushing at home is neglected, particularly in breeds with long fur that require daily grooming to prevent tangles and knots. Maintaining a sleek and elegant appearance is essential, as even small knots can accumulate and lead to severe matting over time. For a touch of luxury, we offer gentle brushing services to work out minor tangles for an additional fee, ensuring your pet remains stylish. However, in the case of severe matting, a necessary shave-down will be performed at an additional charge to restore your dog's coat to its sophisticated best. Prioritizing regular grooming not only enhances your pet's aesthetic but also contributes to their overall health and comfort.
